John Hurley

My name is John Hurley owner of Hurley Landscape and Design. Born in Beltsville Maryland, my interest in the green industry started as a horticulture student in 2001. I moved to Leonardtown Maryland in 2002 where I continued the study of horticulture throughout high school and graduated from the horticulture program at the St. Mary’s County Technical Center.  After high school, I managed a Leonardtown location nursery/ garden center which was part of one of the largest nursey franchises in the United States for 10 years. During those 10 years I helped educate many of our local landscaper’s on  plant knowledge and decided to go into the business for myself. My love and passion of design and creating beautiful scenery that can be enjoyed by businesses and homeowners all year is what separates my company from the rest.
